Meet Our New Executive Director

June 26, 2018

We have exciting news to share with our Pegasus community.

After a comprehensive executive search, the Board of Directors of Pegasus Therapeutic Riding is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Rumpf will be joining us in July as our new Executive Director.

Jeff is a nonprofit executive with 25 years of experience in leadership, fundraising and event planning roles. He has been an executive director at the YMCA of Central & Northern Westchester, CYO Camp Mara, Crossroads for Kids Camps, Clearwater, and most recently, Sacred Heart University, Horizons for Youth.

In his own words, Jeff is “a program centric executive director with a strong and inspired passion for the mission of Pegasus. I am also a highly trained and highly effective fundraiser. My Master’s Degree in experiential education and adventure-based counseling are a great foundation for success at Pegasus. I appreciate the great work of Pegasus and will do my best to empower every aspect of your success.”

Jeff will be joining us at Pegasus Farm on Thursday, July 5. His energy, enthusiasm and broad nonprofit experience will help Jeff hit the ground running as we move Pegasus forward into a bright future on behalf of the special people we serve.

Please join us in welcoming Jeff to Pegasus, and as always, thank you for your committed support of our mission!
